Senior Civil Judge and JMFC at Tumkuru (for short, 'the trial Court'). 3. Having regard to the prayer made, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4. It is submitted that the suit is at the stage of cross- examination of DW.2. The suit is filed by Senior Citizen who is now aged about 87 years. The trial Court, it appears has not followed the earlier direction in Writ Petition No.44175/2016 dated 05.10.2021. 6.
