Heard Sri Abrar Ahmad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 3 and 4 and Sri Purnendu Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 5 and perused the record. 3. It is argued by learned Standing Counsel that respondent No.3 will take a decision on the representation made by the petitioner, expeditiously. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.3/State of U.P. through Secretary of Energy, U.P. at Lucknow to decide the representation dated 30.07.2024 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
