This petition is for anticipatory bail for the alleged under Sections 120(b), 465, 468 and 471 of IPC and Section 82(a) of Registration Act. The petitioner though claims to be an innocent person from the complaint it appears that the petitioner is the document writer. He assisted the other accused in executing a settlement deed by fabricating the property documents of the defacto complainant by impersonation and forgery. 3. Considering the gravity of the crime alleged, this Court is of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is required.
