This Court, while disposing of the said writ petition, has given the following directions: “ 5. The limited prayer sought for in this writ petition is for the disposal of Ext.P11 by the 3rd respondent. Therefore, taking into consideration to the facts and circumstances of the case, and that the petitioner has already been reinstated and that the enquiry is pending. Ext.P11 is directed to be taken by the 3rd respondent and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
