CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV KUMAR, JUDGE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PARIHAR, JUDGE ORDE R 28.05.2025 There was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing. Today also when the case was called twice, before and after the lunch break, nobody turned up to cause appearance on behalf of the petitioner. As a matter of fact, in order dated 12th February, 2025, we had clearly observed that in case nobody comes forward to argue the matter on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition would be dismissed for no prosecution. Since the petitioner has lost interest to pursue the petition, as such, the petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. (SANJAY PARIHAR) (SANJEEV KUMAR) JUDGE JUDGE SRINAGAR: 28.05.2025 “SHAHID”
