Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) By way of this contempt petition, the petitioner has approached this Court, alleging that the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.10409 of 2023, titled as Rakesh Kumar Versus State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on 02.05.2024, has not been complied with and there is a willful disobedience on the part of the respondent in compliance thereof. 2. Learned Deputy Advocate General has referred to the Instructions imparted to the Court on 03.05.2025, alongwith which Office Order dated 14.08.2024 is appended, in terms whereof, the petitioner stands appointed on regular 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025:HHC:19410 basis w.e.f. 08.09.2020, with all consequential benefits. 3. In the light of this fact, this Court is of the considered view that it cannot be said that there is any willful disobedience of the Court order. These contempt proceedings are accordingly closed. Notices stand discharged. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the benefit earned leave etc. has not been given to the petitioner. Without making any observation in this regard, as prayed for, the petitioner may approach the Authorities concerned on this count by way of representation etc., if so advised.
