The Appeal Suit is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 12.12.2014, passed in O.S.No.04 of 2011, on the file of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, kakinada. 2. Learned counsel appearing on both sides are present. 3. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the appellant and respondent No.1 in the appeal are father and son. The appellant herein died on 22.06.2024, due to ill health, leaving behind respondent No.1 herein as legal representative. Hence, he requests this Court to dismiss this appeal by way of filing an Interlocutory Application. 4. Having regard to facts and circumstances, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated.
