Petitioner has not been found eligible for allotment of a house under the Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna in view of the factual report made by a three member committee, according to which petitioner has a house of 4-5 rooms. She is residing in her house alongwith her two sons. The daughter-in-law is also a fair price shop dealer of the village. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner has no concern with her sons and she is entitled to an independent house. In view of the specific finding returned by the three member committee that there is a common kitchen in which parties are residing, we decline to entertain the present writ petition or issue any direction to consider the petitioner's claim for allotment of the house.
