Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned first information report dated 21/07/2025 in Case Crime No. 123 of 2025, Under Section 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 131, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Araul, District Kanpur Nagar, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 not to arrest the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 21/07/2025 in Case Crime No. 123 of 2025, Under Section 316(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 131, 352, 351(2) of B.N.S., Police Station-Araul, District Kanpur Nagar, otherwise the petitioner shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." The recital in the first information report discloses commission of cognizable offence. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out.
