Case No.11/2025 registered Under Section 310(4), 303(2), 317(1) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 25(1-B) (a), 26, 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Ms. Angelina John, learned J.M., 1st Class, Dhanbad. On 24.01.2025 at about 01:15 P.M., Barwadda police apprehended the petitioner and co-accused persons while they were fleeing away from 8 lane road, Kurmidih Chowk after their vehicle had turned turtle. It is alleged that on search a country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was submitted that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court vide B.A. No. 2299/2025.
