Present petition has been filed with a prayer to direct the respondents no. 2 and 3 for fair investigation in the matter which is registered as Case Crime No. 0285 of 2025, under Sections 191(2), 115(2), 352, 351(3) BNS, 2023 and Section 3(2)(va), 3(1)(Da), 3(1)(Gha) SC/ST Act, P.S. Meja, District Yamuna Nagar (Commissionerate Prayagraj). 3. When confronted with the judgement of Hon'ble Supreme Court Ajay Kumar Pandey versus State of U.P. and 2 others reported in 2021 (2) ADJ 239, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the remedy as may be available to him in law. 4. Prayer aforesaid is allowed. 5. Present petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
