We may accept the request of learned counsel for the petitioners, provided they deposit Rs. 10.00 lacs within a period of one month and make an appropriate representation to the Bank. This petition is accordingly disposed of with a direction to the Bank to consider the request of the petitioners for extension of the benefit of OTS, if in vogue, in accordance with law, provided the petitioners along with the representation deposit Rs. 5.00 lakhs and deposit a further sum of Rs. 5.00 lakhs within a period of one month.
