Learned counsel for the revisionist submits that while framing of charge by the trial court, Section 392 I.P.C. has been dropped whereas, there was sufficient evidence and ground to frame charge under Section 392 I.P.C. 2. Learned A.G.A. submits that sweeping allegations have been made against the accused persons and the fact that complainant, while going to fetch water from the public hand-pump, a quarrel took place between the parties and the complainant sustained injuries. 3. Having gone through the order passed by learned court concerned, there appears no ground for interference with the order impugned as the same is passed in accordance with law, as no infirmity or illegality has been found in the impugned order. 4. The revision being devoid of merit is liable to dismissed and is hereby dismissed. 5. However, complainant is left at liberty to adduce her evidence during trial.
