Petitioner wants that an award dated 26.06.1991 passed by Labour Court upheld by this Court be executed to determine the date of regulatization which cannot be done by this Court since the award has to be executed by the Court which has passed it. Petitioner has always liberty to take legally permissible recourse as provided under U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. 3. With aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
