The petitioners claim that they are owners of Gata Nos. 229 and 217, village Pawailadpur, Tehsil Nizamabad, District Azamgarh. They were constructing a boundary wall to secure their land. At this stage, lekhpal alongwith police personnel came on the spot and stopped the construction work, without any rhyme or reason, and also threatened the petitioners that, if they carry on construction, they will be sent to jail. The petitioners have represented in this regard before the District Magistrate. As no heed has been paid to the said representation, the present writ petition has been filed. 2. Having regard to the nature of grievance, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No.3 to examine the grievance of the petitioners in case any fresh representation is filed before him within a week, alongwith true attested copy of the instant order.
