In present writ petition, prayer to expedite the hearing of appeal filed before Appellate Authority of concerned respondent. It is not under dispute that petitioner was called for hearing by fixing a date on 27.06.2025, however, due to medical treatment, petitioner was not able to appear before the concerned Authority. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that no further date is fixed by Appellate Authority. 4. Learned counsel for respondent on basis of limited instructions submits that if no next date is fixed for hearing before the concerned respondent, it will be fixed and the petitioner will be informed about it within period of two weeks. 5.
