1 THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA WRIT PETITION NOS.13079 OF 2013 AND 4133 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER: Since the subject matter in both these writ petitions is one and the same, both these writ petitions are heard together and disposed of by way of a common order. 2. Heard Sri D.V.Sasidhar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri L.Sai Manoj Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri V.R.N.Prashanth, learned Standing Counsel for TTD. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the similarly placed persons were considered for the post of Junior Lecturer by recruitment by transfer. Learned counsel would further submit that the petitioners are highly qualified and deserve such posts. Let there be a direction to the TTD to place the matter before the Board and let the Board take a call on the representation of the petitioners according to governing rules and law and also keeping in mind the consideration which was done for some individuals. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for TTD would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. In that view, the Writ Petitions are disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a comprehensive representation within a period of four (04) weeks 2 from this day. Further, respondents 1 and 2 are directed to place such representation before the Board and the learned authority may take appropriate decision over the matter keeping in mind the considerations exercised in the case of some individuals, according to governing rules and law within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of such representation. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________________________ DR.
