CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing respondent Nos.1 to 4 to take action against respondent Nos.5 to 8 and to provide protection to the petitioner and their staff in the Registered and Licensed Quarry Area.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties.
3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming that a Civil suit in O.S. No.553 of 2017 is pending consideration before the Trial Court, as evidenced by Annexure–E. It is also

noted that the Trial Court has granted an interim
order restraining the defendants therein from interfering with the functioning of the petitioner’s quarry, and the said order has been affirmed by the First Appellate Court in M.A. No. 6 of 2019 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, K.R. Nagar, Mysuru. In view of the above, and considering that the dispute is essentially civil in nature, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for in this writ petition. All contentions of the parties are left open. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
