The review petition has been filed by the Bengaluru Development Authority seeking review of the judgment and order dated 26.07.2012 passed in writ petition No.45696/2011 preferred by the appellant. 2. The learned Single Judge vide detailed judgment passed in the review petition has condoned delay in filing the writ petition of 4398 days. The review petition is still pending for final decision. When the matter is at large before the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:54424-DB WA No. 1767 of 2024 learned Single Judge, we do not want to interdict the proceedings pending before the learned Single Judge at this stage. However, we request the learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing of the review petition and take steps for disposing of the same expeditiously. 3.
