The District Magistrate, Dehradun has submitted that the payment shall be made to the petitioner as per Government Order No.987/XVIII-B-1/ 2024-12(5)/2023 dated 04.10.2024. 4. After the said submissions, Mr. Mukesh Singh Rawat, Advocate, has requested to grant an 2025:UHC:1 2 opportunity to the petitioner to move a representation before the Competent Authority to decide the petitioner’s claims. 5. The said submissions has not been opposed by the respondents. 6. With the consent of learned counsel for both the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.3- District Magistrate/ Collector/ Chairman, State Disaster Management Authority, District Dehradun that if the petitioner moves an application along with a certified copy of this order within two weeks’ from today for his claims, the said application shall be decided within four weeks’ thereafter as per Government Order etc. 7.
