CMP No.3723 of 2025 The present application has been filed for extension of parole in view of the judgment dated 10.01.2025, passed in the main case, wherein the applicant was granted benefit of parole for 42 days.
2. The reason as such for extension of parole is ailment of wife of the applicant and the medical slip attached of the Primary Health Centre Chhatri, Tehsil Thunag, District Mandi, HP, dated 10.03.2025 is relied upon.

Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the applicant has to surrender today [11.03.2025].
4. We have perused the Out Patient Card given by the said Primary Health Centre. The ailment as such is of general nature, as a person aged 50 years might be suffering.
5. In such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant the application as such for extension for a period of two weeks.
6. At this stage,
learned counsel for the applicant has prayed orally to extend it for two weeks.
7. Resultantly, we dispose of the application with a direction that the applicant shall surrender on 17.03.2025 at 10:00 a.m. before the Jail Superintendent concerned.

disposed of with the said observations.
