1. This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“to issue writ(s) one in the nature of Writ of Mandamas deciaring the inaction of the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in issuing pattedar passbook to the petitioner in respect of lands admeasuring 0.10 Cents in Survey No. 252/2A1 and 0.18 Cents in Survey No. 252/3A1 both situated at Tirchanur village, Tirupathi Rural Mandal as being illegal and arbitrary and violative of Articles 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondent Nos.
