Hansaben Dashrathbhai Thakor has filed this petition seeking issuance of a writ of Habeas Corpus and to direct the State to secure the presence of her daughter Ravinaben Dashrathbhai Vaghela, aged about 31 years, who is mother of two kids. 2. The State, on service of the notice, has secured the presence of Ravinaben- respondent No.4 herein and she submits that she does not wish to stay with the husband i.e. respondent No.5 herein. In view of the statement of Renukaben that she is staying apart from her husband on her own volition, we find no reason to entertain this writ petition. 4.
