The basic issued raised in this writ petition is to recognize the service of the petitioners from the contract labourer to regularization of the employment as per various directions, circulation and government orders issued in this regard. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 6.
