The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner has replied to the said notice on 26.05.2025 but no decision is being taken. 2. Sri Ravi Prakash Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 1, 3 and 4 very fairly states that decision would be taken expeditiously. 3. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 4 to take decision on the basis of show cause notice issued by him on 02.05.2025 within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order alongwith photocopy of the reply dated 26.05.2025. .
