Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Nipun Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party. 2. The writ Court has passed order 05.01.2024 in Writ C No. 41816 of 2023. The order dated 05.01.2024 is being reproduced herein below: "1. Petitioner who has been a lawyer for the respondent-Corporation claims remuneration for professional services rendered in the past. At present, fee payment of Rs. 14,67,000/- is stated to be pending with the respondent. The representation made by the petitioner dated 02.09.2023 claiming that fee is also pending before the respondent no. 2. 2. Without entering the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction upon the respondent no. 2 to deal with the claim made by the petitioner and ensure payment of due/admitted amount within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. " 3. Pursuant to order of writ Court, opposite party has passed order dated 30.10.2024 and has paid Rs. 55,000/- to applicant. He further pointed out that order dated 30.10.2024 is under challenge in Writ C No.. 39469 of 2024 (Hridaya Narayan Mishra Vs. Managing Director, Central Warehousing Corporation And Another ) in which there is no interim order. 4. Under such facts of the case this Court is of the view that order of writ Court has been complied with and no contempt is made out. 5. Accordingly, application is hereby dismissed.
