The petitioner alleges that Amrut Mahal Kaval lands falling in Survey Nos.86 and 44 of Mayasandra Village of Magadi Taluk of Ramanagar District has been encroached upon. The petitioner submits that the said lands were Government lands and were reserved for grazing of cattle. 3. Learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the representations dated 23.12.2020 and 29.12.2021 as mentioned by the petitioner would be considered and any decision taken on the same would be communicated to the persons who have made the representations. 4.
