Counsel for the respective parties urged several contentions. Heard the arguments and perused the Writ papers with care. 5. The order passed under Section 14B of the Employees' Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1952 is called into question in this Writ Petition on several grounds as set-out in the Memorandum of Writ Petition. Suffice it to note that there is an alternate statutory remedy of filing an - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40828 WP No. 35957 of 2024 appeal against the 14B order. Hence, I decline to exercise power under writ jurisdiction. 6. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
