In pith and substance, the petitioner prays that respondents be directed to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 05.07.2025, 17.05.2025 and also ensure removal of unauthorized and illegal construction raised by respondent nos.8 and 9 in Main Road, Mohalla-Jagyanpura, Opposite Kishan Petrol Pump, Mahoba. 3. Taking into consideration the entire facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that interest of justice would be sub- served by issuing a direction to the fourth and fifth respondents to consider the cause of the petitioners and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The petitioners have filed the detailed representations, which are appended as Annexure-12 to the writ petition, the same shall be decided expeditiously. 4. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the authority concern shall pass order independently, in accordance with law at the earliest without causing any delay. 5.
