HON'BLE SANTOSH RAI, J. 1.Supplementary affidavit filed today by learned counsel for the petitioners is taken on record. 2. Heard Sri Pradeep Kumar Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, Ms. Sanju Sona, advocate holding brief of Ms.Amrita Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned A.G.A for the State. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 29.07.2025 registered as Case Crime No.0313 of 2025, under Sections 109, 115(2), 352, 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Fatehganj West, District Bareilly and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. By earlier order dated 18.08.2025, the dispute between the parties was referred to District Mediation Centre, Bareilly. In the supplementary affidavit report of the District Mediation Centre, Bareilly has been annexed which shows that both the parties settled the dispute before the mediation centre. 5. In view of the above, learned counsel for the parties submitted that there is no dispute between the parties, the impugned FIR may be quashed. 6. Accordingly, the impugned FIR is quashed. 7. The writ petition is allowed. 8. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary.
