As per the office report, the sole respondent has since retired from service, as such, service is not complete, but no application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for impleading any other person as respondent. 4. In view of the above circumstances, it appears that the petitioners have lost interest in the matter and are not interested in pursuing the same any further. 5.
