The case of the petitioner is that she had preferred a complaint before the respondent and the same has been registered in Crime No.232 of 2025 for the offences under section 406 and 420 of IPC and Section 5 of Tamilnadu Protection of Interest of Depositors [in Financial Establishment] Act 1997. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the First Information Report has been registered, there is no progress in the investigation. Hence, seeks a direction to the respondent to complete investigation and file the final report within the time stipulated by this Court. 3.
