Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a joint memo signed by the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. 3. The petitioner/accused was convicted to pay a fine of Rs.4,00,000/-. It is submitted that the entire amount is paid by the accused to the complainant. 4. This Court has perused the joint memo and the same is accepted. 6. Hence, the following: ORDER (i) The Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. (ii) The impugned judgment dated 10.01.2022 in Criminal Appeal No.56/2021 on the file of VII Additional Sessions Judge, Mysuru and the judgment dated 05.02.2021 in C.C.No.29/ 2016 on the file of JMFC, Mysuru are set- aside. (iii) The petitioner / accused is acquitted. (iv) Bail bond if any, stands cancelled. (v) The amount in deposit if any, shall be released in favour of the petitioner / accused.
