Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: " i) Issue a suitable order or direction, to direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Azamgarh to consolidate and expeditiously decide the Suit No. no.345/2018, Ramawati Vs. Anarkali, Suit No.427/2018, Santi and others Vs. Tusar Devi, Suit No.153/2019, Nirmala Vs. Tusar Devi and Suit No.284/2023, Tusar Devi Vs. Jitendra respectively in the light of order dated 2.4.2024 passed by District Judge, Azamgarh in Transfer Application No. 120/2023, Tushar Devi Vs. Santi & Ors, within stipulated period as deem fit and proper by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an application dated 15.5.2024 is pending before Civil Judge (S.D.), Azamgarh. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Civil Judge (S.D.), Azamgarh to consider and decide the aforementioned application dated 15.5.2024, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the concerned parties as well as giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
