OS No. 363 of 2013 has been filed by the Respondent/Plaintiff for recovery of money. The said suit was decreed by the court below holding that the plaintiff is entitled to recover an amount of Rs.13,34,054/-with interest at 60/o per annum from the date of the suit till realization from the defendant and his assets. 2.
