The petitioner is before this Court, seeking the following relief: "a. Issue a writ of certiorari or such other writ or order quashing the tender notification dated 13.10.2025 bearing No.Ka RaSa/KemBaNi/Va-4/625/2025-26 issued by the 3rd respondent which is produced and marked as Annexure-B c. Issue a writ of mandamus by directing the respondents No.3 to call for the tenders as per the earlier prequalifying tender conditions". 2. Memo dated 27.11.2025 has been filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, which reads as under: "The Petitioner above named most respectfully submits that subsequent to filing of the above writ petition, the respondent authorities have withdrawn the entire tender notification as such the above writ petitioner has become infractious.
