Challenging the said transfer order, petitioner filed this writ petition. An interim order was passed in favour of petitioner on 28.06.2023. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequently another transfer order was passed in respect of the petitioner in the next transfer session, which was also challenged and a Coordinate Bench granted interim order against the said transfer order, therefore, he submits that the present writ petition has become infructuous because of passing of subsequent transfer order. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
