PRL. JUDGE, FAMILY COURT, MYSURU AND ETC. THIS PETITION, COMING ON FOR ADMISSION, THIS DAY, ORDER WAS MADE THEREIN AS UNDER: CORAM: HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present petition is filed by the petitioner/husband aggrieved by the order passed in Crl.Misc.No.547/2017 dated 18.09.2018 on the file of the I Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Mysuru, whereby, the Trial Court had granted an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month each to petitioner Nos.2 and 3 towards their maintenance. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the daughter has attained majority two years back and she is not entitled for maintenance. This Court has perused the order of the Trial Court wherein the Trial Court had granted only an amount of Rs.10,000/- per month to both the children. Now, one daughter has already attained majority. In that case, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:29901 RPFC No. 92 of 2019 the petitioner is liable to pay only to the son an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month. Hence, this court do not find any reason to interfere with the order of the Trial Court. Accordingly, this Court is passing the following: ORDER (i) The petitioner/father is directed to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- per month to the son and as far as the daughter is concerned, he is liable to pay an amount of Rs.5,000/- till the day she attained majority. (ii) Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. (iii) All I.As. in this petition shall stand closed. SD/- (LALITHA KANNEGANTI) JUDGE SN
