He made as complaint against sitting Pradhan namely Zakir Hussain/ Respondent No.7. On his complaint two members committee was constituted by the Respondent No.3/ District Magistrate, Jalaun vide its order dated 03.01.2023. 2. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken, hence the present writ petition. It further reveals from perusal of the record that large number of letters were written by one authority to another to complete investigation but till date no final decision has been taken. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the decision will be taken in the matter by the competent authority, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent Nos.1 to 5 & 8 as well as Shri Sanjay Kumar Om, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.6 and perused the record. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the Respondent No.3, District Magistrate, District- Jalaun to take a decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, unless there is no legal impediment.
