SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.15, dated 12.01.2024, under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 of IPC, 1860 (Sections 467, 468, 471 of IPC added later on) registered at Police Station Daruhera, District Rewari (Annexure P-1). This Court vide order dated 01.10.2024, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.10.2024, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel does not controvert the said fact and on instructions from ASI Vijender Singh further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required.
