The applicant submits that the delay of 3 days occurred due to procedural formalities in obtaining the certified copy of the impugned order and preparing the revision application. The delay is meagre and unintentional. 4. Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant and considering the submissions, coupled with the fact that the delay is R/CR.MA/21287/2025 ORDER DATED: 14/10/2025 only of 3 days and sufficiently explained, this Court finds sufficient cause to condone the same in the interest of justice. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent by allowing this application. 5. Accordingly, the delay of 3 days in filing the accompanying criminal revision application is hereby condoned.
