Hon'ble Manjive Shukla,J. 1. Heard learned counsel appearing for the revisionists and learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the State. 2. The instant criminal revision has been filed challenging therein, the order dated 06.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 4, Muzaffar Nagar in Sessions Trial No. 2137 of 2022 (State Vs. Mujahid and Others) whereby, charges have been framed against the revisionists under Sections 307/34, 323/34, 324/34, 504 & 506 I.P.C. 3. It has been contended on behalf of the revisionists that for the same incident, an F.I.R. had been registered by the revisionists bearing Case Crime No. 130 of 2021 and in that case, till date, charges have not been framed but in the case against the revisionists for the same incident, the revisionists have been charged for the offence punishable under Section 307 I.P.C. and other offences. 4. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the revisionists and perused the documents annexed with this criminal revision. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the revisionists could not satisfy the Court as to how the charge for the offence punishable under Section 307 I.P.C. cannot be framed against the revisionists. Learned counsel appearing for the revisionists has only argued that in the case lodged by them, charges have not been framed but that cannot be ground for not framing the charges against the revisionists in Case Crime No. 117 of 2021. Even otherwise, from bare perusal of the injury reports, it cannot be said that for the offence punishable under Section 307 I.P.C., charge cannot be framed against the revisionists. 6.
