The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Adityapur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2024(s), (M.C.R.A. No.169/2025), N.D.P.S. Case No.33 of 2024, for the offence registered under Sections 17 (b), 21(b) & 27(A) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella. On 02.10.2024 at about 2:15 p.m, Adityapur Police on the basis of confidential information, raided a place near H. Road, Muslim Basti, Adityapur and apprehended co-accused. On search, 19.55 grams of brown sugar were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that petitioner was neither apprehended at the spot nor anything was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Tarjima Khatton @ Paro @ Tarajima Khatoona has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No.397/2025. Learned A.P.P on behalf of the State has opposed the prayer for bail. -2- In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella, in connection with Adityapur P.S.
