[2.0] Learned APP upon instructions states that charge-sheet is already filed on 04.12.2024 and she tenders copy of charge-sheet challan, which is taken on record. [3.0] In view of abvoe, question does not arise to transfer the investigation and to direct the local crime branch or CID Crime Branch or Commissioner of Police, Ahmedabad or any higher authority to investigate FIR being I-CR No.11191036240227 of 2024 registered with Navrangpura Police Station, Ahmedabad. Hence, present petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner shall have liberty to file appropriate proceeding if he so desires.
