It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that a report has been submitted against the petitioner Senior Audit Officer regarding irregular ties committed by the petitioner for the financial year 2019-20 and on the basis of the same, the recovery proceedings may be initiated against the petitioner. 2. Nothing has been stated in the entire writ petition nor any arguments has been raised by learned counsel for the petitioner regarding the issuance of recovery proceedings against the petitioner. 3. In this view of the matter, the Court is of the opinion that the writ petition is premature and liable to be dismissed. 4. At this point of time, a prayer has been made to dismiss the present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition whenever any cause of action will arise. 5.
