Petitioner, by means of the present writ petition, has assailed the order dated 29th July, 2024 passed by the respondent no.1-District Inspector of Schools, Badaun directing the single operation of the accounts of the institution on the ground that no fresh election of the committee of management of the institution has taken place. 3. In the connected writ petition being Writ-C No. 32378 of 2024 (Committee Of Management Madan Lal Inter College And Another Vs. Regional Committee Through Its Joint Director Of Education And 4 Others), this Court vide order passed today i.e. 9th April, 2025 has directed the authorized controller to hold fresh election of the Committee of Management of the institution. 4. In such view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the concerned parties, if they succeed in such election so conducted by the authorized controller in compliance of the order of this Court passed today referred to above, to approach the District Inspector of Schools, Badaun for recalling the order of single operation of accounts.
