INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the order dated 18th June, 2019 (Annexure-A) passed by the respondent No.3. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46373 WP NO.27900 OF 2019 2. Sri. Lethif B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties is settled and in order to put an end to the dispute, a meeting was convened on 22nd November, 2024 to constitute a Regular Management Committee for a period of three years and thereby unanimously selected eleven Executive Committee Members and thereby appointed Office Bearers among the Executive Members. 3. The said proposal of minutes of meeting dated 22nd November, 2024 has been forwarded to the respondent No.1- Karnataka State Board of Wakf for appropriate approval of the Committee by letter dated 24th January, 2025. 4. In this regard, a memorandum of Joint Petition under Order XXIII Rule II of the Code of Civil Procedure read with Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed and accordingly, sought for disposal of the present petition in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties as stated above. 5. The said submission was not opposed by learned counsel appearing for the respondents and agreed with regard - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:46373 WP NO.27900 OF 2019 to the resolution of the dispute as per the meeting held on 22nd November, 2024. 6.
