The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 36, 41(I)(II) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of three cases and is in custody since 22-10-2024 and charge-sheet has been submitted. It is next submitted that allegation is of recovery of 2025 litre of liquor from a truck and 45 litre of liquor from a Swift Dzire car. 4. It is next submitted that petitioner was not apprehended from the spot and his name transpired in the confessional statement of apprehended accused. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Falka (Pothia) P.
