Sonu Basfor @ Bura Basfor, who have filed this application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are apprehending arrest in connection with Bhangagarh Police Station Case No. 27/2025 under Sections 329(4)/324(4)/118/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard Mr. D.P. Goswami, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam. 3. Learned counsel Mr. S. Munir has not pressed the pre-arrest bail prayer for the petitioner No. 3. Garbara Basfor @ Krishna Basfor as he has already been arrested and forwarded to custody in connection with this case. 4. The allegation against the petitioners is that they attacked the informant and his family members causing grievous injuries on Sikandar Basfor and Jiten Basfor. 5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the medico-legal report reveals that both the victim Sikandar Basfor and Jiten Basfore have sustained serious injuries on their heads. 6. I have considered the submissions at the bar with circumspection. I have also scrutinized the Case Diary. There are incriminating materials in the Case Diary against the petitioners. However, investigation has progressed Page No.# 3/3 substantially. It appears that custodial interrogation may not be required. 7. Considering all aspects, interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 04.03.2025 is hereby made absolute. 8.
