JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 05-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act. 3. As per prosecution case, 3199.500 liters illicit liquor was recovered from Truck, Pick-up Van, Scooty and motorcycle respectively. Petitioner is owner of Pick-up Van. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case only because he is owner of Pick-up Van from which alleged recovery of illicit liquor has been made. Petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 12.11.2024. Petitioner has got clean antecedent. Patna High Court CR. MISC. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with G.R.
